How've y'all been feeling lately? 😵💫😅
Come spend time with us within the beautiful, expansive landscapes of the Mojave Desert—lands of the Cahuilla and Yuhaaviatam—as we cultivate in(ter)dependence in our relations and deepen our commitment to the freedom of Turtle Island 🤎

On the latter end of the autumnal season, as we inch our way toward winter darkness, we are prompted to illuminate the parts of ourselves we often face discomfort in 🌘
We ask—how can we can work with fear and surrender to Earth as our divine parent 🫂 lovingly guiding us through transformations and internal truths? 🌎
We will seek to address these curiosities by building community, learning about the natural world, practicing yoga therapy tools, and engaging in intentional rest & creativity.
We are able to cover a couple spots for low-income QT/BIPOC, DM for info. This will be a space critical of white supremacy and imperialism and supportive of the struggle of all colonized people.

Communing With(in) Nature - Eastern Sierra Field Seminar for BIPOC
This naturalist-led field seminar will visit the varying ecosystems of Kootzagwae (the Mono Basin) and Payahuunadü (Owens Valley) where we will have the opportunity to learn about local natural history and regional environmental/Indigenous-led movements. We’ll also explore ways to feel more connected to and grounded on the land. Some activities may include hiking, journaling, forest bathing, meditation, making art, and discussions, to name a few.
Sliding Scale $40-$80
